IBM and Cisco Ink Cloud Partnership
Fresh off a slew of cloud-related news, IBM (NYSE: IBM) and Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) have agreed to a partnership that will, according to the companies, “combine the market-leading strengths of each company to transform how knowledge-workers collaborate and work.” The objective of the partnership is to integrate Cisco’s WebEx and Spark workplace platforms with IBM’s cloud-based cognitive computing wonder Watson to provide a more efficient and productive work environment.
