Injazat Data Systems appoints new Deputy CEO
Mubadala, the Abu Dhabi investment and development company, has announced that Amal Al-Jabri has been appointed Deputy CEO of Injazat Data Systems, a regional IT managed services company owned by Mubadala.
Homaid Al Shimmari, CEO, Aerospace and Engineering Services (AES) at Mubadala, said, “Amal Al-Jabri has distinguished herself as part of Mubadala’s AES asset management platform, and she will be an excellent addition to the Injazat team. Amal is an example of emerging UAE leadership critical to sectors driving the country’s diversification.”
Al-Jabri joins Injazat from Mubadala where she was an integral part of the Information and Communications Technology team within the Aerospace & Engineering Services Platform, and more recently was seconded into Injazat Data Systems to project manage one of its large strategic initiatives. In addition to her work with Mubadala’s ICT portfolio, Amal led the critical educational and learning programs helping create the next generation of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) talent in the UAE.
Prior to joining Mubadala, Amal Al-Jabri served in the UAE Armed Forces as a First Lieutenant in the integrated logistics sector.Amal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UAE University in Al Ain.
